Norlin’s east vestibule replaced
The revolving doors of Norlin's east entrance have been replaced with the more conventional side pivot design. Work began July 19, 2010, and the new doors opened for use August 19, 2010.
Norlin Basement shelving repairs
Starting around July 14, 2010, Space Concepts began repairing the west range of compact shelving in Norbase. For several years, this range has not functioned properly because the floor has settled since the shelving was installed nearly 20 years ago. We expect to get a minimum of another 10-12 years of use of this shelving after this repair.

Norlin Library
Access Services, including Norlin's Circulation Desk, has moved from the first to the second floor, opposite the West Entrance -- this is where it was located prior to the late 1970s.
Norlin Library Phase 1 Construction
Construction in Norlin Library began May 2008.
The first floor Norlin Commons opened July 6, 2009.
The first floor firewall completed work September 4, 2009.
The second floor Research Services opened January 20, 2009.The third floor Graduate Suite opened early Fall 2009.
The fourth floor lifts became operational Summer 2009.
The Sundial Plaza construction finished in October 2009.
