Tax Forms

The Government Publications website has a page with links to federal and state Tax Forms and Information. Some of these sites allow for downloadable tax forms via Adobe pdf files.

The Government Publications Library distributes both Federal (U.S.) and Colorado tax forms which are located on the third floor of Norlin Library near the southwest stairwell.

Federal forms include the various 1040 forms and accompanying schedules. A limited number of other high demand forms are also available along with instructions. They are also available online at http://www.irs.ustreas.gov/forms_pubs/forms.html

 

Colorado forms include supplies of the standard packet plus a volume of reproducible forms.They are also available online at http://www.revenue.state.co.us/forms_download.html

 

Tax forms for other states are not available from the Government Publications Library. They are available online at http://www.taxadmin.org/fta/FORMS.ssi and http://www.library.northwestern.edu/govpub/taxinfo.html

 

Reproducible copies of older tax forms are available in the Government Publications Library.
