General Objective
The Libraries should maintain and enhance the quality and integrity of the system and system content in order to serve the needs of the Libraries’ primary clientele-- students, faculty, and staff--and the citizens of Colorado.

Definitions of Criteria
- Ability to implement product or project
Assesses the Libraries’ ability to commit to and support a product or project.
- Impact of product or project
Assesses the internal and external effects of implementing a product or project.
- Impact on integration
Assesses the ability of a product or project to integrate successfully with the Libraries’ system, resources, and service efforts.
- Quality of product or project
Assesses the inherent merits and characteristics of a product or project.
- Status of product or project as a prior
commitment
Assesses the relationship of a product or product to outstanding commitments from prior years.
- Technological currency of product or
project
Assesses the quality of a product or project in terms of technological advances and state-of-the-art currency.
