Data from 1992 to the present from the National Agricultural Statistics Service. For more historic data check out the Census of Agriculture historic archive. - The Congressional Research Service (CRS), the research arm of Congress, prepares reports (usually under 20 pages long) on topics of interest to members of Congress. Search these CRS Reports CU through LexisNexis. Use terms like "Agriculture" or "Food supply."
