Search for articles
Looking for articles on your research topic? Search one of the hundreds of article databases available from the CU Libraries (you can find the article databases on the Find Articles & More page).
If you know the database you're looking for (LexisNexis, Academic Search Premier, etc.), you can search for the database by title, or browse for databases by title.
Not sure which article database to search?
You can find article databases in a particular subject area by finding the subject in the alphabetical subject list and expanding the list options by clicking on the "plus" icon. The subjects are then broken down in sub-categories - choose the sub-category that is most appropriate for your research topic.
If you are not sure which subject your topic falls under, you can choose the General & Interdisciplinary - Most Useful option at the top the subject list.
Or you may view the Research & Subject Guides for recommendations or ask a librarian for assistance, by chat, text, email or phone!

Find it @ CU: How to Get the Full Text from an Article Database
Some of the article databases available through the CU Libraries only include citation information about the article, while others include access to the full-text of the document, usually in either PDF or HTML format.
In most article databases, when the full text isn't available, you will see a "Find it at CU" link. "Find it at CU" will link you from article citations to either the full text of the article, or give you information on where the article is available in print.
Watch this short video (3:16) on using "Find it @ CU":
If the particular article database you search does not have the full-text of the article available, nor a link to "Find it at CU," note the citation information of the article and follow the steps for finding a specific article on the "Get the full text" tab on this page.
To see all of the article databases available from the CU Libraries, visit the Find Articles and More page. For more information about Find it at CU, please see the Find it at CU FAQ. Not all databases can be set up to work with Find it at CU.
Find it @ CU: Use the Article Finder
Find it at CU Article Finder is a form that allows you to enter specific information about an article to locate the full text of that article online, if it is available through the University Libraries. With Article Finder, you do not need to select a database to search for the full text - once you enter your citation information, Article Finder will search across all our full-text electronic resources for you. The form is linked from the Find Articles & More page. For more information about Article Finder, please see the Find it at CU FAQ.
