Book/Reserve a Study Room in Norlin Commons
[Open 24hrs, capability to hook up computer to monitor. Pick up key in Norlin Commons, first floor]
1: Go to the main library webpage: ucblibraries.colorado.edu
2: Select Book a Study Room from underneath the search box
3: Select Norlin Commons
4: Click on Book It (middle of page)
5: Log in with your identikey and select the date and time when you want to reserve the room
6: If a study room is NOT available at that date and time you will see an error message. Try another time. Bookings can only be made for 2 hours.
6: If a study room is available, you will be able to select which room you want. Scroll down and click submit
Book or Reserve a Study Room in Norlin Library (Not 24hrs)
[NOT open 24hrs, some contain DVD players/smart boards, pick up key from Circ desk, 2nd floor]
1: Go to the main library webpage: ucblibraries.colorado.edu
2: Select Book a Study Room from underneath the search box
3: Select Norlin Library and then select Student or Faculty log in
4: Select the room you require and click on Book It (middle of page)
5: Log in with your identikey and select the date and time when you want to reserve the room
6: If a study room is NOT available at that date and time you will see an error message. Try another time. Bookings can only be made for 2 hours.
6: If a study room is available, you will be able to select which room you want. Scroll down and click submit
Cancel or Check on a Study Room Reservation in Norlin
1: Go to the main library webpage: ucblibraries.colorado.edu
2: On the right hand side, select “Log in to My Chinook” and log in with your identikey
3: Click on “View your future bookings” on the left hand side of the screen.
4: This will show you date and time. To cancel, check the box and click cancel selected.
5: Unfortunately there is no way to modify the booking- you’ll have to cancel and remake the booking.
