The Handbook is presented here as a pdf file which requires the use of the free Adobe Acrobat reader.
Individual pages can be cited using Adobe PDF Open Parameters.
For example, http://ucblibraries ... .pdf#page=102 will link directly to page 102 in Firefox with the Adobe Reader Plugin.
Note that page numbers change between releases of the manual, so check to make sure you are using the most up-to-date version and include the version date in your citation.
