Present: Dean Jim Williams, Laura Wright (chair), Lorna Kent, Susan Anthes, Helene McHendry, Suzanne Larsen, Maureen Van Camp, Paul Moeller (secretary)

The LAB has finalized arrangements for the Fall All-Libraries Meeting that will take place in N410 on Wednesday, November 20. Some refreshments will be available at 8:30 and the meeting will begin at 9:00. There is still time to send questions for Dean Jim Williams. Questions should be sent to: liblab@colorado.edu. The current agenda follows:

Laura Wright will address the LAB/LSA's joint effort to update the LT III test.

Scott Seaman will provide a recruitment update and remind us of the procedures for supervisor evaluation.

Susan Anthes will speak of developments in fee for services and a possible one point of service for Norlin.

Topics to be discussed by Dean Williams include:

• The budget
• The Strategic Plan
• Math/Physics
• East Asian Library

The Cabinet will also be available for questions.

LAB will not meet again until the New Year.
