Minutes: February 25, 2009
Present: Jim Williams, Holley Long, Karen Campbell, Matt Brower, Meri Willett, Sue Williams. Absent: Lisa Gould
LAB met without the chair, Lisa Gould, who was ill. We had a brief chat about the following agenda items but found that we needed more information from Lisa about most of them.
- Computer rebooting. There seem to be some questions about why we must leave our computers on all the time. Holley will get further information and give a report at the March All-Libraries meeting on what we currently do and why we do it.
- Millennium list issues. We need more information about what these issues are.
- Refrigerator signage problems. The signs that were posted on the refrigerator disappeared. We’ll have a further discussion about the refrigerators.
- Libraries Green Plan. Committee members are putting together an outline for presentation at the All-Libraries meeting.
- All-Libraries meeting, March 18. Responsibilities for food, set-up, call for questions, etc. were briefly discussed.
