Library Instruction Request Form

If you are teaching a class at CU Boulder and would like to schedule a library instruction session, please complete and submit the following form. Instruction sessions are available during regularly scheduled class times and should be arranged a minimum of two weeks in advance. Please note that you must attend the library seminar with your class.

If you are teaching more than one section of the SAME CLASS you do not need to fill out another form. Just be sure to include the date and time the second class meets as well as the preferred date for the second seminar.

Once you have submitted the form, a library instructor will contact you to verify the date and time for the session and to discuss what information resources might be most appropriate for your class.
